Group Reservations

The quoted group rate will be the most current published rate in US dollars; a deposit and signed contract must be received by September 30, 2012. Single occupancy rooms are limited to 5% of the group total. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required to receive complimentary rooms ($75 administrative fee is required for each room). A group reservation cannot exceed 50 rooms at Couples Tower Isle, Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril; 40 rooms per group is the maximum allowed at Couples Sans Souci. Requests for additional rooms must be approved by Couples.

• Participating room categories: ALL
• Must sign group contract and make deposit with the Group Coordinator by September 30, 2012 Resorts.
• If the group reservation falls below 6 rooms, more than 45 days of arrival date and full payment has not yet been made, any complimentary room(s) will be lost.
• All change requests must be submitted in writing to the Group coordinator, who must in turn forward a revised contract.
• Accommodations and rates are not guaranteed until a signed contract and initial deposit are received in Groups department.
• Group Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the 10% deposit.
• Cancellations between 59-46 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty.
• Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will result in 100% cancellation penalty.

After you have made your booking, if Couples Resorts offers a better deal during your confirmed travel dates, we will authorize the better deal, without penalty. Request the change with your travel agent or call 1.800.COUPLES. Please note that changes must be made 46 days or more prior to your arrival. Changes made within 45 days will be subject to standard cancellation penalties. Best Deal is defined as the total value of nightly hotel only rate, plus added value offers.
